Tender Rock Counseling (Bellevue, Eastside) is seeking a Mental Health Medical Scheduler / Scheduling, Administration & Receptionist ( Some Billing, Insurance Benefit Verification, Office Administration and Bookkeeping Experiences will be a plus)

Tender Rock Counseling is a growing Non-Profit, Christ-centered Counseling / Psychotherapy and Acupuncture clinic located in Bellevue / Factoria that has a position available for a Mental Health Medical Scheduler / Scheduling. We are a non-smoking office and offer an excellent working environment. We are looking for experience and training with:

Competitive pay to qualified applicant:

• Appointment scheduling and excellent phone skills

• Insurance benefit verification experiences

• Office administration experiences

• Mental Health / Medical Billing experience and/or training will be a plus

• Some Bookkeeping / Bookkeeper experience and/or training including QuickBooks will be a plus

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skill is a MUST.
