Who We Are?

Tender Rock Counseling (TRC) is a Christ-centered, specialty-oriented, team-based counseling center located in Bellevue, Washington. TRC makes constant efforts to integrate its counseling practices with current research and training to provide clients with effective counseling services. TRC provides services to people of all religions, ethnicities, genders, ages, and cultural backgrounds. TRC is a non-profit 501 (C) (3).

Career Positions Available

1. Mental Health Practitioners:

Tender Rock Counseling is seeking full and part-time licensed therapists (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Master’s Degree) possessing at least one specialty. Assisting and supporting specialty-based practitioners is one of Tender Rock’s core fundamentals. We strive to provide our clients with the very best.

2. Medical Health Practitioners:

Including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, ARNPs, Dietitians and Acupuncturists who desire to work in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment. We are committed to facilitating and practicing coordinated care.

What Do We Offer?

1. PLATFORM:

TRC offers a supporting PLATFORM by utilizing available clinic resources for your personal, financial and spiritual growth. This PLATFORM is unlike other clinic models in that we work as a true team while honoring individual autonomy. We welcome the opportunity to share more details in your personal interview.

2. Compensation:

TRC guarantees a better income than that of your current position, regardless whether you are an employee, an independent contractor or have your own private practice. We have a very attractive commission program (top fee-split) and will negotiate your financial compensation. If you are in private practice, we will be happy to assist you in handling an existing lease and moving your office.
