Elizabeth is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist Associate (#MC60707626). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Marriage and Family Counseling from Northwestern Christian University in Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University. She spent her internship year at Sunrise Services in Everett working with individuals, parents, and young adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Elizabeth is a native Washingtonian, raised in the Everett area. She dreamed of being a ballerina until the age of 16 when she became dedicated to community and helping others. Since that time she has spent time volunteering with organizations such as Snohomish County Superior Court as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem, her local church, and mentoring in both personal and professional settings. The Arts have always been a passion for Elizabeth whether dancing, drama, singing, or now with counseling.
Her approach to counseling is dynamic and driven by each client’s desires. Through self-reflection and the power of relationship change happens. This process is facilitated by genuine concern for your values, life experiences, and struggles. Life’s suffering can increase anxiety and discord between our loved ones, different roles, and our ideals and world-view. Her desire is to increase your ability to thrive in each and every aspect of your life. This happens through the rapport we build in therapy, gaining insight from your perspectives and experiences, and reflection on your place within different aspects of your life.
